if you are looking for some creative fun for the whole family, Chalk Fest is what you’re looking for.
It takes place at Reston Town Center as part of their environmental celebration.
When: Saturday, April 25, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Where: Reston Town Square Park (11900 Market St, Reston).
What to expect: The streets around the park are transformed into a massive sidewalk gallery. You can register to create your own square (with prizes for professionals, amateurs, and families) or just walk around to see the finished murals.
Bonus: There is also live music, face painting, and a poetry contest.
